Students will have the opportunity to experiment with master quality instruments, both gongs, and singing bowls, and also receive instruction on the shruti box, chanting, toning and singing.

There will also be an opportunity to learn how to play conch shells and to use feathers as a musical therapy tool.

We will explore different playing techniques with the gongs and singing bowls. Through demonstration, experiential learning and deep listening, students will expand their knowledge, understanding, and awareness.

Over the days, short one-to-one therapeutic sessions will gradually expand culminating in the giving and receiving of a full in-depth one-to-one.

So that we can make the most of our time together, the days will be full and long. The course will include guided meditative practices to set the tone of the work. Instruction will be given throughout the day, ending with group sessions after dinner.

It is our heartfelt intention to meet you wherever you are on your journey in sound, so that you leave with the confidence and skills to take your practice to the next level.

The course should be approached both as a valuable resource for deepening in ones own therapeutic practice and also in the spirit of teaching teachers to teach teachers, the call to everyone entering the way of the gong.
