Tim Byford
Tim First discovered the gong through a chance encounter with the Gong Master Training Faculty in 2010. He immediately undertook Gong practitioner Training with Sheila Whittaker at the college of sound healing. He continued his training with Don Conreaux, Aidan Mcintyre and Gongmuse Surana, attending multiple GMT’s, MEM Yoga of Holistic Resonance Training and Gong Master Teacher Training whilst simultaneously developing his practice within his local community. Tim Discovered that in the way of the gong and with his previous experience as a musician and in other trance-based healing modalities, he had found a natural home.
Tim Joined the Gong Master Training Faculty and over the past few years he has been teaching and learning alongside Don and Aidan. Tim is a self-taught multi instrumentalist and an ever curious lifelong learner who values creativity and playfulness, technical understanding, and self reflection, personal study and contemplation as the means of a rich learning experience and he is committed to imbuing his teaching with these qualities.
